The re-designing of Homes by Avi’s corporate website posed an exciting communication challenge, as it entailed the simplifying of a vast amount of information that is constantly in flux. Understanding the new home buying decision process was essential in creating a sound navigational architecture for the site.

From available home styles to price points, every piece of information needs to be kept up to date and consistent. The solution was a dynamic new website that is database driven allowing for immediate constant updates to be made throughout the site with ease.

The new website systematically charts the visitor’s decision-making process by sorting through the product available at Homes by Avi. Understanding the buyer process helped Homes by Avi and Chase Advertising create a sound navigational architecture for the site.
