Homes By Avi’s Award Winning Design Unveiled In Evergreen Estates 5/28/2003
Homes by Avi invites you to visit their new show home in Evergreen Estates. The new Jacobson Showhome will be unveiled at Genstar’s official showhome parade Grand Opening on Saturday June 5th.
The two storey, 2390 sq. ft. award winning design is open and bright. It features a Craftsman elevation and includes a large Bonus Room option. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, a walk-in pantry and oversized island. The cultured stone fireplace and entertainment center with maple bookshelf is the main floor’s centerpiece. The 5 piece ensuite’s slate tile finishing and corner soaker tub makes it a haven to relax in.
The previous Jacobson showhome, also known as the “Home of Hope”, found in the same community, was a very successful design. It was awarded the 2003 Sam Award for Best Showhome. Last year at the opening of the award winning showhome, a unique partnership between Homes by Avi and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (COCA) was announced. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of the “Home of Hope” will be donated to the Alberta/NWT Chapter of the CBCF. Homes by Avi is proud to support the community through this unique partnership.
At the 12th annual Run for the Cure, the Homes by Avi team, led by President and Founder Avi Amir, was awarded the CIBC Corporate Team Spirit Award given to the corporate team that raises the most money. The Homes by Avi Team made up of thirteen employees raised over $12,700. Their participation in the Run for The Cure was just another element in the ongoing partnership between Homes by Avi and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
